Open to the public, this class welcomes beginners to advanced Pilates students. Each class will offer an opportunity to explore some principles of Pilates: 1) Breath Work 2) Lower Core Activation 3) Neutral Spine Location 4) Abdominal Strengthening 5) Lumbopelvic Stability 6) Strengthening and Mobilizing the Spine 7) Shoulder Stability and Mobility 8) Correcting Alignment 9) Release Work 10) Stretching
Ever’man’s generously provides mats, bolsters, blocks, yoga straps, and blankets on site if you do not have your own. Please bring a water bottle with you.
Please park along Garden Street if possible to leave parking for the patrons visiting Ever’man’s during their lunch break.
