The Pensacola Lighthouse and Museum offers self-guided tours of the landmark 1859 lighthouse & 1869 Keeper’s Quarters.

Housed inside the Keepers’ Quarters on the ground floor, the museum exhibits maritime history and local archaeology that traces back to Pensacola’s first settlement by Spaniards in the mid-1500’s.

Climb 177 steps above Keepers’ Quarters to view Pensacola Pass, the historic Navy Yard and forts, and the downtown Pensacola skyline! The historic Pensacola Lighthouse, built in 1859, offers the most scenic perspective of the oldest European settlement in mainland America.
